Privacy Notice for California Residents
This notice supplements the Magnetic Brands Privacy Policy and applies solely to individuals residing in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”). It is provided in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (“CCPA”), and terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning here. Magnetic Brands does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.

2. Sources of Personal Information
We obtain personal information: directly from you, when you complete forms or communicate with us; indirectly from you, by observing your interactions with this website; and from service providers that support website operations, analytics, and marketing.
3. Use of Personal Information
We use personal information to: respond to inquiries and fulfill the purpose for which it was provided; evaluate potential engagements; provide, support, and improve our website and services; communicate with you, including marketing you may opt out of; maintain security and prevent fraud; conduct analytics and internal research; comply with legal obligations; and as part of any merger, reorganization, or sale of assets, in which case personal information may be among the transferred assets. We will not collect additional categories or use collected information for materially different purposes without notice.
4. Disclosure of Personal Information
We disclose personal information for business purposes to: service providers (hosting, analytics, CRM, email, marketing support), under contracts restricting use to the services performed for us; our affiliated entities; and professional advisors or authorities where required by law.
In the preceding twelve (12) months we have disclosed identifiers, customer records information, commercial information, internet activity, geolocation data, and professional information for business purposes.
We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve (12) months, and we do not sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
5. Your Rights Under the CCPA
Right to know / access. You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about you in the past 12 months, the sources, our purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom it was disclosed.
Right to delete. You may request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to exceptions permitted by the CCPA (e.g., completing a transaction you requested, security, legal compliance, internal uses consistent with your expectations).
Right to correct. You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Right to opt out of sale/sharing. We do not sell or share personal information; there is nothing to opt out of. If our practices change, we will update this notice and provide the required opt-out mechanism first.
Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA right no denial of services, different prices, or different quality.
6. Exercising Your Rights
To exercise these rights, submit a verifiable consumer request by emailing privacy@magneticbrandslab.com [create this alias]. Only you, or a person authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request; you may also make a request on behalf of your minor child.
Your request must provide enough information for us to reasonably verify your identity and to understand and respond to it. We will only use information provided in a request to verify identity and respond. You are not required to create an account to submit a request. You may make a request for access or data portability up to twice within a 12-month period.
7. Response Timing and Format
We aim to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of receipt. If we need more time (up to 90 days total), we will inform you of the reason and extension in writing. Disclosures will cover the 12-month period preceding the request. We do not charge a fee to process requests unless they are excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded, in which case we will explain the reason and provide a cost estimate before completing the request.
8. Other California Rights / Changes / Contact
